The Law Offices of J. Travis Fanfair is a boutique firm practicing throughout the State of Georgia as well as Maryland and the District of Columbia. Attorney Jermaine Travis Fanfair has a broad range of litigation and trial experience in domestic relations, criminal defense and commercial disputes. Although he is now in private practice, Jermaine has demonstrated a commitment to public service and civil rights issues. While at Howard University School of Law, Jermaine was elected president of the Public Interest Law Society and helped establish the university's first tuition reimbursement program to assist attorneys pursuing careers in public interest law. Jermaine was also selected from a national pool of applicants and awarded one of six prestigious NAACP Law Fellowships.
Upon graduation from law school, Jermaine served as Law Clerk to a District of Columbia Superior Court Judge. He then served as an Assistant State's Attorney for the City of Baltimore and later worked as an associate for a high-profile boutique litigation firm in the District of Columbia. Jermaine eventually started his own firm, seeking to provide high quality representation to individual clients.
Jermaine lives in Atlanta. He is active in community associations and dedicates significant time to volunteer activities in Atlanta and Decatur. Most recently, Jermaine was named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
